At PureStrike Golf, we stand behind the quality of our training aids and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds & Returns

If your item isn’t quite right, here’s how to initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@purestrikegolfco.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right by sending you a free replacement - no return required.

To help us process this quickly, please email us at support@purestrikegolfco.com  within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

Please note: For defective or damaged items, we do not issue refunds, but we’ll ensure you receive a working product as quickly as possible

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind after placing an order? No problem - we understand.
However, once an order has been placed and entered into our processing system, a $20 cancellation fee will apply to cover handling and restocking costs.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@purestrikegolfco.com as soon as possible with your order number.
