All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has left our facility.
Australia: 4–12 business days
United States: 4–12 business days
UK & EU: 7–12 business days
Rest of World: 7–15 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays caused by the courier, customs, or weather events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free shipping promotions, if available, will apply automatically at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
We take shipping and delivery seriously. Once your order is scanned as delivered by the carrier (e.g., USPS, Australia Post), it is considered successfully delivered, and ownership transfers to the customer.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery.
Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number to get more details.
If your package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We can assist you with:
Filing a claim with the carrier
Filing a police report (required in some cases)
Evaluating eligibility for a replacement (not a refund)
📸 Important: If the package was delivered but incomplete or damaged, please send clear photos of the item(s) and packaging to thepurestrikergolf@gmail.com. This is required for any resolution.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipping fees.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their local government. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
We do not issue refunds for items marked as delivered by the courier.
We do offer replacements for items confirmed lost, stolen (with proper documentation), or damaged.
We require photo/video evidence to support claims of damage or incomplete orders.
Shipping delays due to the courier or customs are outside our control and do not warrant refunds.
